Order Processing
Most GreenSpire Golf orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or carrier delays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
GreenSpire Golf currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, GreenSpire Golf is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect routing, or other events outside of our control.
We will always do our best to assist customers with shipping questions, but final delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, GreenSpire Golf is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
- Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
GreenSpire Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when applicable.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless GreenSpire Golf determines that an error occurred on our end.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.
