Return Policy
We want every GreenSpire Golf customer to feel confident before and after placing an order.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging whenever possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless GreenSpire Golf determines that the return is due to an error on our end, such as sending the wrong item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be unwashed and free from wear, stains, odors, or damage.
- Item should be returned with original packaging when possible.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase or order number may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used, washed, worn, or damaged items.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- Gift cards, if offered.
- Customized or personalized products, if offered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Lost Return Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring their return package reaches GreenSpire Golf. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
GreenSpire Golf is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to the customer. Please contact us before mailing any item back.
Exchanges
At this time, we may not be able to guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order.
